Detailed 10 Week Home or Gym Training plan tailored to your level
When you enrol, you specify your fitness level (beginner, intermediate, advanced), your fitness goal (to lose fat or tone up), and whether you work out at the gym or at home. Based on your answers to these questions, you’ll receive a customized workout plan suited to you and your needs!
Exercise is only part of the equation, though, so you’ll also be set you up with a clean eating plan. We will check in regularly to see how you’re going by offering reminders and eating solutions, plus tonnes of new recipes every week! There is no fad diet on the K2Fit challenge. You will learn how to eat well and balance nutrition, while loving the food.
Dedicated WeChat community groups
As you go through the program, you’re never alone. For every Challenge, we connect our participants via WeChat so they can share experiences, encouragement, recipes, tips, and ideas. This social aspect is a major reason why participants enjoy the Challenge time and again.
WHAT is the K2Fit Ultimate YOU Challenge and HOW does it work?
The K2Fit Challenge is a 10-week guided transformation challenge, complete with everything you need to hit your fitness goals and see results!
Here’s a step-by-step rundown:
•In the weeks before the Challenge starts, register at www.k2fitchallenge.com by submitting your measurements and photos.
•Days before the Challenge starts, you receive the shopping list and meal plan. Start prepping!
•At least 3-5 days per week, follow the K2Fit workouts – you’ll be doing strength training, with a combination of functional movements and cardio elements. Workouts can be adapted for your level.
•Once we’re under way, join our exclusive WeChat group!
•On a daily basis, the WeChat group will be active with suggestions, tips, ideas, questions, and probably a few jokes. Feel free to participate in the friendly banter as much or as little as you want!
•Trainer at your fingertips! If you have a question, send KaraK2Fit a private message any time.
•On a weekly basis, you will receive emails to check in and see how you are doing, including fitness tips and reminders.
•New strength workouts are sent out every 2-3 weeks.
•In week 9, you will be reminded to submit your final results at www.k2fitchallenge.com This is important! The measurements and photo comparison help to see what you have achieved.
•Let’s celebrate! Our finale party is a great way to round up the challenge, meet other challengers, and congratulate everyone on their hard work.
